SLO Town Track Club summer 2014 training has begun! This page will be used by Coach Burton for providing various training files.
Practices are Monday and Thursday. However, to see substantial gains, the athletes should make an effort to train 4-6 days a week. Here is a schedule athletes can use to supplement their regular practices.
